Stella Maris is a lightweight IP65 LED moving head wash designed for stage lighting rental companies, touring shows and outdoor events. Its 19 × 60W RGBL LEDs, individual pixel control, RGB LED ring and rotating lens create rich washes, animated patterns and kaleidoscope effects. A 3.7°–50.4° motorized zoom moves from narrow aerial beams to wide stage coverage, while the 19.95 kg body supports easier handling and faster movement. DMX512, RDM, Art-Net and sACN provide flexible control for professional lighting systems.
At 19.95 kg, Stella Maris is approximately 10% lighter than the conventional fixtures used in our internal comparison. Its slim housing combines die-cast aluminum, nylon and glass-fiber materials with a stable base and lightweight moving parts. This makes the fixture easier to lift, transport and rig while helping the head and arms respond more quickly during Pan/Tilt movement.
The IP65-rated housing protects against dust and water, while UV-resistant exterior materials support long-term outdoor use. This outdoor moving head light can move between touring productions, indoor venues, festivals and outdoor stage lighting projects.
Nineteen 60W RGBL LEDs provide strong color mixing, with individual control of each pixel for patterns, chases and animated effects. The Lime channel helps create fuller whites, softer pastels and smoother transitions while maintaining saturated stage colors.
An additional ring of 80 RGB LEDs adds detail around the main lens array. Together with the rotating lens, it creates bee-eye and kaleidoscope effects that remain visible both in the air and on the face of the fixture.
The 3.7°–50.4° motorized zoom provides an approximately 14× optical range. At the narrow end, Stella Maris creates defined aerial beams that add structure and depth above the stage. At the wide end, it delivers broad wash coverage across performers, scenery and stage backgrounds.
This beam-to-wash flexibility allows one LED moving head wash to create several visual styles without changing the rig.
Stella Maris is designed for fast music, sharp transitions and tightly programmed cues. In internal benchmark testing, Pan/Tilt movement is up to 35% faster, full-range zoom is up to 80% faster and lens rotation is up to 30% faster than conventional moving wash fixtures in the same class.
The added speed helps designers change stage positions, beam sizes and kaleidoscope effects in time with concerts, dance performances and high-energy festival stage lighting.
DMX512, RDM, Art-Net and sACN support both traditional DMX and network-based control. Seven DMX modes, from 28 to 106 channels, allow users to choose between straightforward operation and detailed control of the individual pixels, RGB LED ring and effects.
Five-pin XLR DMX input and output, Art-Net input and output, and locking power connections make Stella Maris easy to integrate into touring and professional stage lighting systems.
